Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Mini Stitches Embroidery, all items are made with care and many are custom or made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please double-check all order details (sizes, colors, personalization, and shipping information) before placing your order.

Order Issues / Errors on Our Behalf

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect personalization, or a defective product), we will make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ministitchesnco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are final sale, including:

  • Custom and personalized items
  • Made-to-order apparel
  • Sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
