Shipping policy
Website Orders Processing Time
All orders have a turnaround time of 7–10 business days. This timeframe does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays.
Once your order is placed, it is added to our production queue. Please allow the full turnaround time for your order to be completed.
Custom Orders Processing Time
Custom orders are defined as anything that has to be invoiced for and not listed on the site. The turnaround time for custom orders are up to 14 business days. Some orders could take less time. More detailed timeframe will be discussed after inquiry is submitted.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through UPS. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are separate from our processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We do not edit or change addresses after an order has been placed.
Mini Stitches is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of UPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact UPS directly using your tracking number.
